Atol Condominiums
For this project, my role was to transform architectural blueprints into a detailed 3D representation of a condominium complex. Using the provided plans, I created an accurate digital model, ensuring every structural and design element was faithfully represented. This 3D visualization allowed stakeholders to better understand the final look of the development before construction began. Additionally, the renderings were used in real estate listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers and investors by providing a realistic preview of the property.

Óptima is a project created in collaboration with the Steelcase company's educational commitment team, whose purpose is to propose an innovative solution that enriches the experiences of students and teachers in public schools in our country. This consists of 3 products: A chair, a piece of furniture to store tools and a table; in addition to the design of a logistics system for the organization of these.
